Grass Stater Pokemon from the Alola Region. Absolutely fell in love with this rotund guy all the way back in 2016.

This painting was a spur of the moment kind of thing. Colors were simple to mix for the most part and were done pretty much on auto pilot. I really enjoy how this came out.

I wanted to achieve the coloring done by Ken Sugimouri in his original Pokemon illustrations done in 1997.
